What will be expected of you:
Operational Effectiveness and Control
In charge in daily monitoring and processing of all tickets/concerns assigned to Operations Payments & Fund Team within the SLA.
Performs accurate daily reconciliation and settlement.
Performs forecasting of settlement to ensure settlement accounts have sufficient balance
Provide optimum customer experience by handling customer interactions effectively.
Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams (CS, Complaints, Product, IT, Policy, Legal, Finance, etc.) and maintain good business relationship with external partners to ensure timely resolution and delivery of excellent customer experience.
Monitors and manage business partner’s performance according to SLA. Immediate escalation of problems and other concerns to OPS Lead and external partners.
Prepares presentation report and organizes business review with internal and external partners on a regular basis (weekly/monthly/annually).

Support the Operations Lead in daily operational requirements
Perform all other support duties as may be required from time to time
Customers / Stakeholders
Contribute to product innovation
Support new projects related to the overall improvement of Payment & Fund Operations serving as a stakeholder for the Payments & Fund project life cycle
Core Competencies:
Considerable knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures on payments, fund, and other digital/bank products
In-depth understanding and practical application of applicable laws and regulations
Well-developed customer relation skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Preferably with partner relations background
Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Must-haves:
At least 2 years of related work experience
Familiarity of bank operations processes and payment products
Knowledgeable in reconciliation
