Responsibilities

Asset Management

  • Ensures sufficient inventory of kiosk, parts, cards, and tools across warehouses

  • Prepares and packs tools, parts, consumables for the technicians

  • Manages in-flow and out-flow of goods (tools, parts, consumables, kiosks) from warehouse to technicians

  • Audits inventory count in both warehouse (physical) and ERP system (digital) – objective is that physical and digital count must match.

Asset Distribution/Dispatch

  • Coordinates with last mile logistics providers to ensure kiosk, spare parts, and SIM cards are deployed on-time

  • Coordinate with Card Ops team to ensure card supply are deployed on-time

  • Coordinates with cross border logistics team to ensure kiosk arrives in-country within target.

  • Coordinates with respective teams (last mile logistics providers, card ops, cross border logistics) for issues relation to the shipment

  • Coordinates with field service team for needed adjustments in scheduling of technicians caused by schedule changes

Quality Assurance Operations

  • Conducts physical check of the kiosk and parts upon receiving from logistics partners per QA process, including assembling and disassembling the machines

  • Coordinates with respective teams during QA process to resolve issues that may arise

  • Conduct root cause analysis for spare part and kiosk failure, and card-related end of life processes. Coordinates with innovations team to spot cause of part failure.

  • Repacks kiosks to ensure delivery could proceed

  • Assists Control Tower Specialists in deploying software to kiosk 

Adhoc

  • Conducts admin functions, reporting, and special projects, as needed, to ensure business goals are met.

Core Competencies

  • Organized – understands how to sort & arrange warehouse inventory (fast-moving vs slow moving). Can ensure physical count matches digital count.

  • Good analytical skills. Knows how to conduct root cause analysis – understands and uses knowledge of machine parts and functions to conduct quality check of the machines.

  • Good communication skills. Knows how to coordinate with various parties, specifically (1) explain issues, symptoms, and recommend resolutions; and (2) dispatch coordination with logistics providers.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft (Windows OS) systems.

  • Able to follow standard operating procedures to ensure inventory is tracked and updated.

Must-haves:

  • Background in Telecommunications, Financial Services, Media Services, and related industries preferred.

  • Experience working with networking, machinery, and/or software.

Preferred:

  • Has a driver’s license and possesses own vehicle.

  • Willing to travel and conduct field work.

  • Amenable to flexible work hours.

  • 1+ years experience working in similar role and/or educational background in an engineering and/or IT.
