About the role
The Ecosystem Partnership Manager will collaborate closely with other parts of the organization to craft and “own” the partnership strategy and implement the partnership initiatives. The role will be challenged to be entrepreneurial in seeking opportunities in the vast Filipino landscape to strike high-impact partnerships for the organization, while at the same time being required to think strategically from a macro-perspective.
What's expected of you
Identify strategic partnership opportunities within the Gokongwei Group, including the enablement of new use cases and distribution channels for the ecosystem
Lead and structure our partnership program through the identification of high-impact opportunities, building a roadmap to pursue them and drive execution from sourcing to legal signing and operationalization
Lead and collaborate with various internal teams and their Gokongwei Group counterparts to ensure alignment of objectives and optimal service delivery and execution
Own forecasts and track strategic partners’ metrics
Build, manage, and foster long-term relationship with Gokongwei Group partners and stakeholders
Manage key projects and strategic partnerships with external parties, as necessary
Provide updates, feedback, and advise to management on status and key developments of projects
Contribute to the development of the overall Gokongwei Group partnership roadmap and strategy
Must-haves
5+ years of experience in Business Development and/or Strategy, preferably in a high-growth, and digital or in a financial services company
Established negotiation and stakeholder-management skills to deal effectively with varying priorities and resources
Strong business and financial acumen
Strong track record in implementing and leading strategic projects
Demonstrated strong entrepreneurial ability and takes ownership of projects and deliverables
Excellent written communication skills using clear and concise language to explain complex material and provide credible recommendations to management.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence others in a collaborative and positive manner.
