We are seeking individuals who share our belief that the game is worth changing, to join our growing team of GoTymers as we build, launch, and scale a bank that empowers all Filipinos to navigate a path to financial freedom.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the partnership campaign across the ecosystem

  • Create and execute a comprehensive partnership marketing plan together with the marketing team that would meet the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Develop and maintain key relationships within the Gokongwei Group ecosystem and external partners.

  • Ensure branding is consistent all throughout campaign materials and channels.

  • Coordinate with various team across the company to ensure that deadlines are met.

Deliverables

  • Develop and strategize partnership marketing campaigns for online and offline channels that would generate acquisitions and increase customer retention throughout the customer journey.

  • Produce an effective and strategic merchandising strategy for all partnerships together with the sales team that would help generate acquisitions.

  • Work on strategies for the social media channels including content conceptualization and implementation.

  • Provide quality control for brand materials and templates used in partnership materials to ensure that proper branding is used.

  • Identify and implement external partnership campaigns for the brand.

  • Produce effective brand collaterals together with the creative team including brochures, digital assets, and branded merchandise.

  • Tracking and analysis of all partnership marketing campaigns.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners.

  • Prepare marketing presentations and proposals for internal and external audiences.
