Job Description:
Manage Lifecycle Marketing Programs (CRM)
Leads development of lifecycle marketing strategies and creation of flows/journeys to maximize the sustainable lifetime value of clients via customer segmentation, personalization, and automated user journeys
Works closely with propositions, customer service, and sales teams to develop flows or nudges to address any customer/business issues
Manages customer engagement platform and develops CRM content in collaboration with internal creative team
Develop and own lifecycle marketing KPIs (with a focus on driving conversions via CRM)
Understand, measure, and report on key metrics within the organization
