Job Description:

  • Manage Lifecycle Marketing Programs (CRM)

  • Leads development of lifecycle marketing strategies and creation of flows/journeys to maximize the sustainable lifetime value of clients via customer segmentation, personalization, and automated user journeys

  • Works closely with propositions, customer service, and sales teams to develop flows or nudges to address any customer/business issues

  • Manages customer engagement platform and develops CRM content in collaboration with internal creative team  

  • Develop and own lifecycle marketing KPIs (with a focus on driving conversions via CRM)

  • Understand, measure, and report on key metrics within the organization
